Fre Sparkling Brut

Congrats to everyone who’s made moderation a realistic resolution in 2021.

Here’s a remote toast, with FRE’s tasty Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Brut, using wine grapes from right here in California. 🥂

Fre’s Sparkling Brut is my favorite NA wine of 2021, because it actually tastes like wine, rather than Welch’s like some other NA wines out there.

So far this year I’ve dusted a bottle of Fre Sparkling Brut on New Year’s, Valentine’s, and to celebrate the end of Dry January, and Dry February … and so on!

In terms of tasting notes, this sparkling near wine is flooded with bubbles, with a cart’s worth of apple and pair notes followed by a balanced, dry, refreshing finish.

According to Fre, the wine is crafted from California wine grapes using traditional methods, “then our exclusive spinning cone process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the wine’s delicate aromas and flavors.”

Goes great with really any meal, but pairs great with celebratory dishes often paired with Champaign such as pastas, seafood, really anything you miss having tradition wine or bubbly with.

Cheers everyone!
